AKO Consulting is an independent advisory practice for investors, family offices and owners exposed to the UAE real estate market. We do not sell, list or broker property — we provide the analysis, second opinion and written guidance you need before, during and after a decision.
AKO Consulting was founded on a simple observation: in Dubai, almost everyone offering "advice" on real estate is paid by the seller. The interests are misaligned by design.
We work the opposite way. Our fees come from our clients, and only from our clients. We hold no listings, take no commissions from developers or brokers, and have no inventory to place. The only product we sell is judgment.
